Responsibilities:

  • Provides office and administrative support
  • Processing and follow up on appointments.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Answering customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service
  • Listening to customer complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues
  • Collect payment and provide cashier invoices

Requirements:

  • gt; Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and/or Standard Software (MS Office, MS-Outlook)
  • gt; Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
  • gt; Able to work 5. 5 days/week

Qualification:

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
